Working on something you love… your PASSION… with great people… you should never be stressed right?

After all, great people, work you love – why feel stressed out?

Why not?

It happens, it’s life, there is nothing wrong with you.

It doesn’t mean you don’t love what you are doing.

It doesn’t mean you don’t have a great team.

It doesn’t mean you aren’t happy.

It simply means you your plate is full and now’s the time to see what you want to do about it.

When I think of stress, I think of an inflection point, or a fork in the roads where you ask yourself – “Am I staying on the path or taking a detour?”.  When you continue on the path, you feel emboldened to continue, strengthened by your decision.  When you switch to the new path of trying something else, you feel refreshed and re-enegerized to be trying something new.

Both are great options, but the first step is realizing it’s okay to be stressed out.
