Growth
When you are executing on Delivery, Drive, Initiative and Leadership, not timeboxed or componentized, but concurrently, each day, every day you grow. I have to be clear on this last point. You will amaze people with your skillset and they will immediately want you to “keep doing what you are doing” or “focus in on this particular area”.
