If you want to see change, get a routine, if you want to be change, never break that routine.

Once you break it, you’ll need to start all over again.

Don’t change the world with your new routine, just change an hour of it, each and every day.

And stick to it, the most powerful tool you have at your disposal is to stick with it.

Put post it notes everywhere so you never forget to do it no matter how busy you get.

And don’t let anyone break it for you.

If your new routine is going to force you arrive 15 minutes later to the office, talk with your team, arrive 15 minutes later to the office, pressure is off and you’re good to go.

Now if you are in the position of not wanting to have that discussion, that’s a signal that you’re fearful of the change you’re trying to make and if that’s the case, it’s a change that you know you need to make, you simply need a little kick to do it.
