It’s not rocket science, it’s truth.
So find something you love, something you enjoy and make it work.
If it’s an end goal, find the steps to get there and if you aren’t enjoying the steps to get there, maybe that’s a sign.
There is no rush to get to the top, there’s only disappointment in knowing you’re on the wrong mountain and not going to where you want to be.
And the same goes for your team, you know when people aren’t doing what they do best, so help them find that path.
Positions can always change, but good people can’t.
