In a heated meeting, where everyone has an opinion and reason for being there, we all have something to say.

In a meeting room, you can see the passion coming from people as they speak and as you make eye contact with your interrupted colleague to let them rant on so that we can get back to the topic at hand you let it go.
But in an online call, where you don’t turn on video, we can mute you and get back to the topic at hand.
