Team Events need to start making a comeback. I don’t know when they went away, but dinner and a movie is not a team event.
Doing things together, taking everyone away from the computer, having laughs and smiles about anything and everything.
That’s what builds team culture, memories, moments, strung together – not just all about work.
Team Events don’t have to cost money, and those are often the best ones.
Team events are what bring people together, like anything else, and if you’re not having them, then you’re keeping your team apart.
