The Spring in your Sprint

There is a kick in your step today as you start the first day of the New Year. Similar to the first day of a New Sprint where there is a kick to everything you are doing as you start fresh on the work you are doing. It doesn’t matter if the sprint has rolled over, if it’s continuing what you did before, or if it’s a bug being reported – you can’t change the fact that it’s the first day of the new Sprint. Your optimism is brimming over and it’s simply because it’s the start of something new.

The Rush to Get it All In

The New Plans

New Plans are wrought from failed plans. They are built from the ashes of things that have gone wrong with the original plan with the hope to start again. Everyone loves a new plan when it finally comes into effect. But what hurts them, what holds them back is the admission that they were not needed until it was simply too late to put them into effect.
