Is My Second Monitor Hurting Me?

I used to think having a second monitor was the most productive thing in the world. But with everything (and I mean everything) moving towards being available on the internet and as a result my computer, I have come to find myself getting constantly distracted while I’m working. Get a Routine

Don’t have one?  Start small. Don’t do 2 hours at the gym every day, do 10 minutes at home or at the office. But do it consistently. Not eating properly? The Expansion Experiment

I think what helps any of us grow, in any field, is seeing the different approaches that people take in totally different fields to solve similar problems. Whether it be a function of leadership, team development, personal growth where there is alignment between the fields of interest. Even more interesting is to learn how people approach problems I have never seen, heard or even thought of and seek to understand how they approached this problem.
