It’s No longer a Race to the Bottom

The “Race to the Bottom” is over; it’s not even being considered anymore. Now it’s a race to the top, who can get there the fastest, that’s all that matters now, is speed. That is the race we are in, and the most that everyone cares about. But this is where you run your own race, this is where you choose to flip the script and offer value, quality, and yes, a little speed over what everyone else is doing. There is still a race to be run, and the question is whether you’re willing to take that first step.

And We’re Back

Coming back from holidays into the New Year is a lot like coming back from a commercial break. Everyone got a reset, went to the bathroom, and had some snacks. Keeping up is okay. Keeping up with the person in front of you will get you past that person. Keeping up with the next group of people might push you further than you’ve gone. The Big Leagues
