The Gold Feature

If your product doesn’t have a Gold Feature, you don’t have a product. The Gold Feature is what sells your product. It’s the feature that customers talk about. It’s what gets customers paying each month and renewing each year. It’s what gets them talking on social media about what you are doing and how you are doing it. Before you launch, make sure you know what your Gold Feature is, because it’s the one you’re going to be talking about at pitches and customer demos to get them excited, on board and ready to buy.

Who do you Surround Yourself with?

You can’t always choose the best of the best of the best to surround yourself with. And you shouldn’t. You won’t learn as much when everything is perfect and everything is awesome. You need the struggle. You need the hiccups. You need the ups and downs and the disparate personalities to help you get better and grow. Those are the conditions that will help you grow and will help you teach other people how to level up and grow as well. Rushing to Queue

I’m still amazed to this day that when an airplane lands and the seatbelt sign goes off, people jump up faster than they ever have in their life and rush to be the first one off the plane.
