If you’re working with a team and no one is following you then you haven’t done the work necessary to reach them.

If you haven’t done the work necessary to reach them, then you are focusing on the wrong things.

If you are focusing on the wrong things, your team doesn’t know what to work on next.

If your team doesn’t know what to focus on next, they are going to produce “meh” work.

If you want to elevate them to doing great work, you’re going to have to get them follow you.

Cycles never go out of style.
