For the past few weeks, many of have been working from home, trying to find that new rhythm that will put us back into that ever present flow that will let us succeed where we once did so easily.

But that flow isn’t going to come as easy as we think.

There are new hurdles to overcome, new obstacles, new co-workers who we now share everything with from internet to space to lunches.

You can’t continue from where you once were but you can establish something new and that something new starts with establishing a schedule. A plan, a list of things that you will strive to achieve each day. It doesn’t have to be a big list, it doesn’t have to be an overarching list.

Just a list, a schedule that will help you find that piece of normalcy that we’re all craving for.
