Echo… Echo… Echo…

A quick service announcement. As someone who works with multiple laptops/devices and is having to straddle multiple client VPNs and what can and does not work because we are still looking to upgrade our networks and get up and running correctly. If you have multiple devices all connected to the same call, they will generate an echo between them as they are in close proximity. Planning in Agile

It’s a good idea to plan what you are going to deliver in a release. It’s a great idea to outline when you are going to start these features in your sprint cycles to give people an idea of when work will start. Not working with a new API from that group until Sprint 4? No need to ask questions about it in Sprint 3. The Worst Code I Ever Wrote

The worst code I ever wrote was yesterday. Because today’s code I learned the lessons from yesterday to get better today. I tweaked it. I improved it. I made it smarter and faster. Today’s code will be tomorrow’s worst code. And the cycle continues, but the learning never stops.
