We all have something to say when we jump on a call, all have something we need to get out and all want to be heard.
But now more than ever, it’s important to keep the focus on what matters most, staying on point, getting things done and ensuring that you are on target for what you are working towards.
Agendas are a good start, but better than agendas, goals – what do we want to leave here with. And after the meeting, following up with people if they left feeling as if those goals were accomplished. This might start individually at first, but soon you will build the trust in your team to do it with everyone in the room.
