Of all the meetings I attend, this one hurts.

It always crops up near the end of a meeting where you think you have knocked it out of the park and then someone says – can you stay on the call so we can talk on this further.

I don’t mind the questions, I don’t mind the discussion.

What I mind is that I didn’t do enough to make the meeting feel comfortable for them to ask these questions in front of anyone else. In the end they are never complex questions, just questions they didn’t want to ask in front of other people.
