What the Day of Boxes should be

I have a similar picture from when my children were young, we had bought new chairs and had all these boxes so we made this weird box fort in the basement that they could draw on, hang out in, eat, have snacks, etc, etc. It’s where creativity is born.

Creating new Traditions

Last Minute Effort

You might do better when in a time crunch, but there is always that moment when you are grinding it out when you say to yourself – “If I had started this a few days ago, I would have been so far ahead.” But you’re not, you’re here and now you’re at the whims of all those around you trying to complete the same task, on the same day at the same time. Don’t let the two conflict with one another.

The Team Grump

They come and go, but at some point, they will rear their head, whether it’s a good day, a great day, or for no other reason that you know, they will emerge – the Team Grump. The Team Grump doesn’t know care for what you are doing, when you are doing it, how much it will help them, or why they are there – all they want to do is get out of there as fast as possible and continue grumping because that is where they are at. Everyone is a grump at some point during their work, it’s impossible
