Every Step Moves You Forward

It sounds silly. It sounds overly simplistic. Yes, I take a step, yes I move forward, yes that gets me closer to my end goal. But sadly… We forget or we clap back that “it’s not that simple” and “that’s silly if I’m always taking two steps back”.
