People might think you’re the Guru, they might think you’re the expert, and you might be revered as the superstar because of what you’ve done in the past.

But you don’t know it all.

And the quicker you state it, the quicker everyone stops waiting for you to figure things out for them.

You don’t know it all, it’s better than okay to admit it.

And when it starts with you, you’ll immediately see the next person put their hand up, then the next, then the next.

You’ll be surprised at who probably doesn’t know what and from there you’ll have a path forward towards figuring out what you, and to some extension your team, will now need to know.
