Everything is about consistency and keeping the schedule.

If you can do that, you’re aces.

The problem is adhering to the schedule – it flips and flops as external circumstances outside of your control invade your precious time as you seek to complete all that is in front of you.

So then the question becomes, do you have too much in your schedule to get things done, or are you underestimating the time to get them done?

What do you do?

I think I will forever be thinking about how to optimize the perfect schedule, when really I just have to follow it and block everything else into another category (or queue).
