Reading the Instructions

How many times do you open the package and throw out the instructions? I do all the time. But someone worked on them because they knew I was going to do things wrong right out of the gate. What the Grind Is?

Rework Remote Work

Remote work was easy when everyone was forced to be remote. We all had to do it, might as well figure it out. Now we’re not being forced to do it. Like anything when you’re not forced to do it, your desire to do it wanes, you pull back, you relax, you’re not at your most interested.
