Break down the effort…

Practice 3 times a week for the last 6 months.

Close to 48+ hours of driving to and from tournaments.

Playing in 30+ games.

Who knows how many ice packs, bruises and strained muscles.

Hours spent learning plays upon plays upon plays.

All that effort, over the course of 6 months to qualify, to reach one set of games which will separate you from the rest of the pack.  One Tournament to rule them all (as they might say), one last chance to put the naysayers to rest and win something that very few do.

Remember all of that, remember everything you’ve done to get here…

Now go out there and give it your all, don’t hold back, when they push, you push back, when they score, you score two more, and in the face of it all – don’t forget to smile and laugh – because that is what is going to see you through.
