Your career shouldn’t be a drive in sedan, to and from the office every day and night listening to the podcast du jour.

It should be an off-road adventure on a bike as you peddle as fast and as furiously as you can with only your own momentum to push you up and down the hills as you careen off and back onto the path in front of you.

It should involve taking chances, taking risks, trying something new and zigzagging across different places all the while collecting experience along the way.

It doesn’t have to be paid – you can volunteer, you can learn on your own, you can mentor – the possibilities are endless if you let them be open to you.

But whether it’s a Tesla or a Honda or a Vibe or whatever – don’t be confused by assuming that changing the vehicle means you are on a different path.

All changing the vehicle does is reset your comfort quotient.
