If you cannot define one thing about yourself that you want to change today – to get better at, to grow, to become something more.

You are lying to yourself and you are afraid to see that change.

Change isn’t easy, it’s hard, it’s frustrating, it’s fraught with failure and anger.

And it’s a wall.

It’s a wall that we’ve built up in our head that says the same thing over and over again.

“You can’t do this”

“It’s too hard”

“They’re all going to laugh at you”

If only we could take a peek over that wall to see what the end result is?

How good would it look to see to the other side?

But we can’t, it’s a wall, you can’t see through it, you can’t go around it.

So you’ll have to take a leap, climb the wall and see if you can get there.

And when you fall, the resistance will be there to keep pushing you down.

But only if you let it.
