Don’t Forget that you are all in it Together

It’s easy to forget. You are working late at night, looking around the room and seeing only you. You are first one in, in the morning, looking at your IM list and seeing only you online. You post questions on your SLACK channel, that you later respond to. The frustration rises up inside of you as you can’t believe that no one else is around to help you when you need it and that you are doing everything else on your own. But you aren’t. What you need to be a Founder

Everyone is a Founder of something. It’s not all about code and startups, it’s everything around you. The only thing required to be a Founder – is willing to start something and see it through to the end. If you can do that, whether you are a gardener, developer, chef, student, consultant, freelancer, vendor, whatever – you’re a Founder. For all the other skills you might need, you’ll figure out quickly which ones you need and which ones you don’t soon enough. For now, all you need to do is start.

What are you hacking today?

It doesn’t have to be code. It can be how you order your food – moving from swiping to tapping your card to using your phone. It can be how you catch those pesky rodents in your garage – moving away from the store bought traps to building your own. It can be a new utility that saves you time in deploying your code – simplifying your workload.
