I had an experience with a Doctor a few months back where they were late to my appointment.
No biggie, I planned for it, really I wasn’t bothered. With no Wifi, it gave me ample opportunity to catch up on the missed issues of Canadian Living from 1995.
But when the appointment started, I could see he had no idea why I was there. He kept repeating, “I’ve read your chart, but I’m reviewing it again”. The first time was fine but the 5th or 6th was an excuse.
You can fool your customer once, maybe twice with reasons for tardiness but the 3rd, 4th, 5th or (yikes) 6th time – you have to wonder if you want to have that customer at all.
