We all can see problems before they actually “become” a problem.

We all see the signs and know where it is going to lead.

But we all don’t do something, anything about it.

It’s easier to not do something if the first person you talk to doesn’t listen.

It’s easier to tell yourself it’s not a problem if the second person ignores you.

It’s easier to sulk away when the third person laughs at you.

It’s much harder to open the bug, do the work, check it in and not say word with the only customer appreciating your work.
