They can be far and wide on a project, especially if it is something new, where you are doing something for the first time, that no one has done before.

The time between the success is paved with frustration and anxiety as you wonder whether you should give up and throw the towel in or give it one more try.

When you get those successes, those glimmers where what you thought might happen worked, where the steps you laid out had one success out of twenty seven.

Hold on to it, those are the moments to focus on and make bigger – that’s your next hurdle.
