If you don’t know, then you haven’t been paying attention.
It’s that simple.
If you have to ask, then you’ve been ignoring what’s happening with the rest of the team and have only been focused on your own work.
At the end of the day, it’s what the team delivers that matters, not what the individual does.
Whether it’s agile, scrum, waterfall, nimble, bimble or my favourite – simple – it’s all a measurement of what the group accomplished and what the group delivered – right down to how work is prioritized and organized.
With that in mind if you don’t know what you can do next, then you haven’t been paying attention and you’re letting your team down.
