I recently finished a project that has taken me a few years to complete. It wasn’t easy, there was a significant amount of grinding involved as well as reading and editing and reading and editing and reading and editing.

But after long last, the project is complete as I finished my first book – Code Your Way Up.

Interestingly enough, most of the ideas and concepts for Code Your Way Up originated from this blog as I spit out ideas – some good, some bad, some with horrible grammar – but still enough to work them all out.

The book itself is focused around developers making leaps in their careers – whether it’s leadership in it’s many forms or whether it’s trying to be a great contributing coder to your team.
