What about reading the KB article referenced in a new piece of software that is now six months too old?
What about trying to find a link you just saved on your phone only to find out that it only works on your phone app and doesn’t transfer to your desktop?
How about when all these things are happening and you’re paying for it?
We can do so much with software but in the past few years it seems we are all waiting for the next maintenance release to be happy with what we have instead of focusing on what we wanted to achieve with the first release.
