You are going to need to up your game to show your team how well they are doing and how much they are valued.
The old perks are gone while we all work remote and in there lies an opportunity to develop a new set of perks for your team that will show you how much you appreciate them.
The problem for many, is that these new perks are steeped in authenticity, trust, appreciation, honesty and humbleness. They are not easy to come by and much harder to display then say the set of perks which we have been bombarded by for years by large companies in the valley.
Now we need perks that mean what we are saying.
