Your team isn’t always going to know how to get out of a problem.

Depending on the scope, they aren’t going to know the protocols to be observed, the people to talk to, the process to follow, the emails to be sent, the flags to be raised, etc, etc.

That’s your job.

Depending on the severity, you might want to hope it all goes away but we all know it won’t.

Not without you.

This is where the hard work begins, this is where your team needs you to rise up and lead them out of this mess. It’s not easy, it comes with it’s bumps and bruises and biting of your tongue – but when your team needs it – this is where you deliver.

And this is where they will remember that when they needed you, they were able to count on you.
