There is a moment in every project where an event occurs that stops the project in it’s tracks.

It can be a good thing – “we don’t need to do this” or a bad thing – “someone is asking us to stop”.

Whatever it is, it is a defining event in the delivery of the project and the team. What happens in that time defines how the project will succeed, where it will go and what the team will be able to accomplish.

It is the event, it is the moment that will be looked upon in the project that everyone will remember fondly as the moment you came together or fell apart.

There is only one event – you can look back at all your other projects and can probably pick it out with less than 30 seconds of thought because it’s seared into your mind.

That’s the idea, it’s an event.
