I was reading this article about how the Norwegians get through winter and one line, in particular, blew me away.
This is easy enough to change; simply refuse to participate in the Misery Olympics.
It’s not going to be an easy start to the year, it’s not going to be the same January 1st as it has been for so many years of your life.
But you have a choice on what you want to do with it.
And no one can tell you which way you want to go with it.
