A year since many of our collective worlds and directions and changed in an instant.
Where our plans changed on a dime and in many cases we had to reinvent what we were doing and how we were doing it.
When I look back at the change that has happened all I can think about is how much we have dealt and rolled with over the past year, how fast it has happened. Whereas we used to wait months and years to make some of the significant changes over the past year, we transformed to making them in days and weeks.
We’ve grown as we’ve adapted and now embraced new methods of work.
It hasn’t been the best year for many obvious reasons, but it has a been a year of change.
I hope we keep changing and growing this year, getting better, emphatic and patient as we do.
