Software is an art.

Software is creative.

How you learn, how you get to where you want to go, where you start from, there are so many incredible paths that you can take to get there, it boggles the mind.

This is why I have never been able to see software as a Factory (granted a design pattern exists around this function).

What we create, what we build, what has come out of our collective minds over the past twenty years could not have happened in a Factory.

Whether you’re building your own platform, coding in C++, making a React Webhook, using some NoCode solution, writing a VbScript app or using SQL – you are creating something, and whatever you are creating it will be unique, not boilerplate.

Software is an artistic pursuit of the digital age.
