When you’re honest.

When you tell it like it is.

When you don’t sugarcoat it.

When you’re upfront.

When you don’t speak in hushed tones or backrooms.

When the answers are clear and concise.

And most importantly, when you say – “I don’t know.”

Those three words are the starting point to making anything better because then you know where you stand, where your team stands and what you need to do move forward.

Before that though, it’s all words.
