Our natural response is to look at what is wrong with a particular situation and make lists itemizing all those things, going through what is wrong so you can fix it.

But what if you made a different list.

A list that instead focused on all the things you could be doing instead of making that list, instead of writing down what happened but instead focused on what you wanted to work on and where you wanted to go and accomplish.

Isn’t the second list the one you really want to be working on?
