How scary is this?

You’re mid-way through a project and/or delivery and you have an epiphany to pivot, change, alter your course of action.

Worst, before you justify it to others you have to justify it to yourself.

Even worst, you can see the different paths laid out in front of you and what they can represent – the good, the bad, the possible.

It’s enough to make your gut lurch forward and leave you frozen in a panicked state.

But what may come from it, might blow you away.

Or it might fall flat.

Here’s the problem though, you can’t go half in on the new idea and still stay with your old one, you need to go all in, you need to commit.

You never read about a company that did a “half-pivot” or “partial change” – they went all in.

You have to change.
