If you haven’t, stop what you are doing and start thinking about this.

Your team needs direction, they need purpose, they need to see the bigger picture in what will be for the upcoming year.  It doesn’t matter whether it’s the company’s or the team’s goals.

Giving your team a purpose gives them something to fall back on whenever they hit a fork or roadblock in what they are doing?

I could hack this together pretty quickly, but we’re trying to increase reusability this year.

I know the Happy Scenario works, but building out some Edge Cases would help with our quality goals too.

When your team has their own goals, purpose, and direction, not only do they work towards achieving those goals, but come together as a team and support one another.
