I’ve never been big on returns – probably because of everything it entails;

  • Having the right receipts.
  • Being online vs offline.
  • Having the card that I bought it with.
  • Knowing what was wrong with it.

At the end of the day, all I want to happen is to give something back that was yours that I don’t want anymore (not because I’m trying to scam you, simply because it doesn’t fit or do what I said).

If there ever were a way to standardize a process across all stores that would simplify our lives – this would be it.
