I have a few, but the best one I am finding is starting my day later.  I do enjoy getting up early and getting going into whatever adventure I find myself in.  But I’m not starting on the computer, I’m not starting in front of a screen, I’m not starting by doing something laborious which I might only be able to do a few times a week in a row and then get injured or not be able to sustain.

It’s something small, that gives me the time to set myself up for the day.

Call it a habit, a ritual, a schedule, whatever you like – it doesn’t have to be every day – but commit.  Commit to that one small thing and move forward with it.

Now is the perfect time.
