None really.
We think all the levels matter, we think being at the uppermost level matters because that is where we will do our best work.
But it’s not, our best work is what we do, at the level we are in that makes that level something more, makes it bigger, makes it better, and changes the level for whoever comes next.
The level is a starting point, from there on in, it’s up to you what you want to do with it.
