One day, it will roll over, throw up, and die in a horrible fashion – probably during a big demo, a heavy usage day, or when one of your new customers is using it.
Whatever the reason, it won’t be opportune but it will happen.
The question is what are you going to do about it?
- Blame the users?
- Get mad a the sales team?
- Wonder why we hadn’t restarted it so long?
