If you know where you are headed is not where you want to go, but you’re “committed” to getting there because you’ve already invested in the journey, it’s not going to get better when you get there.

That’s a lot but simply – “if you are having trouble with the way you are doing things and you keep doing things that way, you’re headed for the exact same problems you have today”

(I don’t know if that was simpler, but you get the idea).
