There is always someone on the team who drives the car.
Having two drivers will always result in a person having to take their hands off the wheel otherwise it’s a constant back-and-forth push and pull down the road when what the team needs is to be going straight.
If there is no driver, step up and become the driver.
If there is a driver, but they don’t know where to go, help them navigate.
But only one can drive.
