For the first time ever I’ve had to start using a roller on my calf.  I’ve watched people use them over the years and always thought – not me, I won’t need it.

Now I do, now it’s something I’m using to stop a muscle from seizing up.

Just because you didn’t use it before, or didn’t know about it before, isn’t a reason for you not to give it a shot now.
