What’s your perfect job description?

When was the last time you wrote it out?  On paper, in front of you?

Do you keep it posted so you can check against it each day to see if it is what you want?

Are you missing skills to get there?

Is that list prioritized or is it spaghetti against the wall to see what sticks?

What’s next after you get that perfect job?

These are the questions you need to be asking yourself that will help you find the job you want.  It’s like any goal, when you take the time to write it down and figure out what you want, the follow-up direction becomes that much clearer to get there.
