You don’t have to have a leadership style to be successful.

You don’t have to follow a set of rules or guidance as to what you do and follow the latest and greatest books and blogs.

You can build your own style.

You can sit down with yourself and ask that tough question – what kind of leader do I want to be?

And from there, you can implement it day in and day out, tweaking as you go.

The problem with many leaders is having that conversation with themselves can be very hard, very difficult to have, it’s easier to not know and figure it out as we go along.

Easier for you, but not for the team that is trying to learn from you and figure out to follow your example.
