How many wrong ways are there to do remote?

So many.  I don’t know if it has gotten worst or better.  I miss the days of Remotely Prepared and all the conversations we had because I learned so much about what I should and should not be doing.

I feel like we learned so much being in that bubble.

And yet, I feel like we still have so much to learn.

Like for instance – how come online meeting software is so bloated when it’s use is meant to be so simple?

Simplicity, that’s what remote was meant to be, but it seems like we’re going back to getting bogged down in all the wrong conversations as to where you live, where are you now, how come I can’t see you as opposed to – what do you bring to our team?

We’re going backward.
